amb Insurance Services acquire Mercer Jones & Company Limited

Newcastle-under-Lyme-based independent insurance brokerage, amb Insurance Services Limited, has acquired Mercer Jones & Company Limited.

amb Insurance Services Limited has grown from strength to strength since the pandemic began, growing their team from eight to seventeen members of staff. They will be taking on Mercer Jones & Company Limited’s existing clients.

Andrew Barrow, Managing Director of amb Insurance Services Limited said: “Mercer Jones & Company has been serving their local area for many years and their commitment to providing high quality advice in an approachable manner made them a perfect cultural fit for amb Insurance Services Limited. All Mercer Jones & Company staff will be moving to our offices, where we will support them through their examinations and desired career paths.”
